To build a DAP (Digital Adherence Program) the below detail is required:
- A participating Drug Manufacturer
- A defined list of drugs
- A participating Pharmacy Chain
- Eligible patients – consented, contactable, taking the drug, with the Pharmacy Chain
- Data relating to the eligible patients identity (PI) and relevant medication data (PHI)
- A set of messages containing content to educate patientsabout their medications or other content that boosts adherence
- A workflow or set of logic that defines when messages are sent
- A start date, latest patient join date and an end date.
- A method of sending digital communications – SMS, Email, Mobile App
- A agreed set of reporting/metrics to evaluate DAP outcomes.
